AUTORISATION TO PLEDGE THE COMMUNITIES/SECTORS OF

BALANGA  AND   WATAMBOLO NORD

                    We undersigned, the Representatives of two Communities/Sectors Balanga and Watambolo Nord, declare that we have authorised our son (cousin, nephew, and cadet) professor Gabriel SALUMU NGOLO wa BALANGA, now domiciled: HURSKA St. 31  KYJE  PRAGUE 9 in the Czech Republic to pledge us in all negotiations concerning our forest, water, soil, subsoil administration, just as in all projets relating to our county integral development.

AS CONCERNS OUR FOREST ADMINISTRATION

•  We do you assure that we dispose of the vide forest area extending ± 2500 km2  from KASUKU river up to rihgt  LOMAMI  river bank.

• Furthermore, from left Lomami river bank up to our Province Orientale border, in the NGOMBE group of  the  BALANGA Community, we own a vide rain-forest of  7.500 km˛.  Otherwise said, this forest extends from NGOMBE group up to NOMBO river, which separates the two Communities/Sectors ( BALANGA and WATAMBOLO NORD).

• This same forest belt elongates: starting from NOMBO river, above mentioned, up to BOSEKONDA village  in  WATAMBOLO NORD Community, thus   ±   7.700 km˛.

• His total forest surface is  17.700 km˛.

• It behoves also to you inform that besides local people’s fields all the fores, we had honour to describe, was never lumbered or visited ; the some as his soil, subsoil and rivers : it is necessary to prospect it,

• In witness thereof  this deed is issued to him in order to serve as power of attorney.
